Territory Manager - Can live in West Virginia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Louisiana, and Ohio
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving territory growth by establishing, strengthening, and managing relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and specialty providers. You will serve as a knowledgeable and trusted resource, ensuring clients understand the clinical and operational value of the organization’s diagnostic offerings. In partnership with operations and leadership, you will support seamless service delivery while consistently achieving territory sales objectives.
What You Will Do
Relationship Development Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions that support client success.
Sales Achievement Meet and exceed annual sales targets by generating new business, optimizing utilization among existing accounts, and identifying emerging opportunities.
Subject Matter Expertise Apply comprehensive knowledge of toxicology and diagnostic testing to provide clinical insight, technical guidance, and workflow support.
Territory Reporting Deliver timely and accurate updates regarding account activity, territory plans, and progress toward sales objectives.
Market Awareness Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to inform strategic planning.
Regulatory Compliance Uphold and promote adherence to all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with operations and leadership to ensure alignment with corporate goals and to support exceptional service delivery.
