Key Responsibilities:
Drive the attainment of company revenue goals and profitability in assigned geographic territory.
Develop, and execute a territory plan that leverages our key accounts, distribution, and Independent Representative channel to effectively achieve revenue goals.
Partner with product and sales management to identify, develop and execute on revenue generating marketing strategies to gain market share in assigned territory.
Provide appropriate in-service / training support leveraging appropriate online tools and virtual resources as required to maximize Nonin’s reach and profitability.
Establish effective relationships and accountability with Independent and Distribution Partner Representatives to continually increase and sustain performance.
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of Nonin Medical and competitive product.
Provide accurate 30-60-90-day forecast using assigned forecast tool.
Maintain weekly and monthly reports as required by management, including accurate and up to date information on direct accounts, Distributor, and Independent Representatives.
Share market and channel feedback to product marketing management and sales leadership.
Develop proposals and price quotations for a variety of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, biomedical engineers, and administrators.
Manage complex contract negotiations with direct customers, consult on pricing negotiations for distribution partners and IDN’s in the assigned territory.
Respond and resolve customer/distribution network questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Attend clinical meetings, seminars, and tradeshows as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of sales experience in medical device sales to hospitals, DME, clinics, homecare, or EMS
