Your responsibilities

We're looking for a motivated Territory Manager to grow and maintain our URO/Hys & SE portfolio and build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals across Estonia. You don't need to be an expert in sales already. We're open to candidates with a range of experience and will provide training, guidance and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers
• Manage and grow your territory
• Present our products and provide excellent customer support
• Identify new opportunities and work towards agreed goals
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and developments in Surgical business areas

Your qualification

• You're a confident communicator who enjoys working with people the latest technology, and systems
• You're organised, proactive and comfortable working independently and with team
• You're keen to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
• You have a full driving licence and are happy to travel across Estonia
• Previous sales, healthcare or medical-device experience is welcome, but not essential
• Fluency in Estonian and English.
