A leading flooring and wall tile installer is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business and expand market presence. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a proven track record of prospecting and closing deals. Working collaboratively, the new hire will drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities while building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
- Generate potential leads for future sales.
- Cold call on new leads.
- Set and exceed quotas.
- Formulate bids for builder flooring programs as well as one-off projects.
- Track and report sales in a CRM in an organized manner.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team.
- Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
- Grow YOY Sales Revenue and Net Margin.
Requirements:- Proven hunter
- Have shown success in prospecting, negotiating, landing, and keeping customers
- Experience selling in the construction market (especially residential construction) is strongly preferred
- Goal-oriented, disciplined, and extremely motivated
- A naturally curious person who is interested in constant learning and improvement
- Comfortable with cold calling
- A historical record of meeting or exceeding quotas consistently
