Territory Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Service and further develop accounts with existing clientele as well as develop new Retail Flooring accounts
• Making sales calls
• Placing products and displays with retail customers in your assigned coverage area
• Providing sales training and technical services focused on building sales for our Hardwood, Laminate, LVT, WPC and Sheet Vinyl product lines

Skills and Requirements

• Must live in or adjacent to the territory area
• 3 years of outside sales and/or sales management experience in the “Sales to Retail” and/or Commercial Flooring business
• Good communication skills
• Strong technical capabilities
• Well organized
• Team oriented
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass background check, drug testing and DMV pull
