Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth, build customer relationships, and sell Containers, Ground-Level Offices, Singlewide Modular Structures, Complex Modular Structures, and value-added products. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed targets.
Spend 40% on outbound prospecting, 30% on inbound inquiry conversion, and the rest on account development & customer visits.
Identify and prioritize high-potential customers, industries, and market segments.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into successful deals.
Offer turnkey space solutions and value-added products to maximize revenue.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
Understand customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and address inquiries.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track performance and manage customer interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
Provide insights to management on customer feedback and market dynamics.
Use a consultative selling approach to maximize pricing and lease rates.
Prepare accurate, competitive price quotes for potential customers.
Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure successful agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order processing and delivery.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Meet daily/weekly expectations on key sales indicators.
Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and support to colleagues to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
1+ year of outbound prospecting experience.
Willingness to travel (10%-20%) for field visits.
Strong professional communication skills (written & spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) & virtual meetings.
