    Job Summary

    The Territory Sales Manager Rheology is responsible for driving business growth by developing new customer accounts, managing existing client relationships, and promoting specialized scientific instrumentation solutions within an assigned territory. This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, delivering presentations, developing proposals, closing business, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The position requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting business growth objectives.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Generate and develop new customer accounts.
    • Manage and maintain existing customer relationships.
    • Present products and solutions to executives, managers, and technical personnel.
    • Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
    • Develop proposals and sales strategies.
    • Negotiate and close business opportunities.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings.
    • Travel as required to support sales activities and customer engagement.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and business objectives.

    Requirements

    • Experience in technical sales preferred.
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively.
    • Strong customer service and business development skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering-related field preferred.
    • Valid driver's license required.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
