Join Sunflower Communities, a part of Home Health Care, Inc., as a Territory Sales Manager and Lead Census Growth for a Newly Developed Assisted Living Community!

The Position

  • The Territory Sales Manager, Sunflower, will be responsible for driving referral development, lead generation, and occupancy growth across multiple assisted living and memory care communities, with a key objective of filling a newly developed 80-bed assisted living community.
  • This position will report to the Director of Business Development.
  • This position will prospect, cultivate, and develop new referral relationships across healthcare and senior living networks while building strong partnerships with community providers and key stakeholders. This individual will be expected to generate an average of 10 admissions per month and maintain a target of five to eight meaningful referral conversations each day.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, healthcare sales, senior housing sales, or referral-based business development. This individual must be capable of consistent outreach, strong follow-through, and earning the trust of healthcare professionals, community partners, prospective residents, and families during critical decision-making moments.
  • The successful candidate will be competitive, results-driven, and a proactive self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills will be essential to success in this role.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Relevant experience may include assisted living or memory care sales; healthcare, home care, hospice, or senior services business development; or medical device, pharmaceutical, or other referral-driven healthcare sales preferred.

Compensation Range

  • The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 + Unlimited Earning Potential in Commission annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
