We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and develop an established North Conway, NH territory. In this field-based sales role, you will work directly with restaurant owners, chefs, operators, and foodservice decision-makers to provide solutions that help their businesses thrive. What You'll Do Grow sales and profitability within an assigned Littleton, NH territory. Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Meet with restaurant operators, chefs, hospitality leaders, healthcare facilities, and other foodservice customers to understand their business needs. Introduce foodservice products, menu solutions, and value-added programs that help customers improve profitability. Execute territory sales plans and consistently achieve sales and margin goals. Manage the sales process from prospecting and presentation through onboarding and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and long-term customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing opportunities within the territory. Most of your time will be spent visiting customers, developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting existing accounts within the territory. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence customer decisions.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment.
