Company Overview: Join our growing dental company, which is dedicated to providing best-in-class and unique service to businesses across the territory. We are actively seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence in South Texas.
Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of current dental sales experience. This role requires a candidate who is willing to travel 40% of the time, including overnight trips, to meet with clients and promote our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Develop and execute a strategy to identify and close new B2B partnerships for dental day services
Prospect, qualify, and engage leads across industries (e.g., corporate offices, residential communities, schools, and large organizations)
Customize proposals and negotiate partnership terms to fit each business or organization’s needs
Track pipeline, performance, and conversion metrics in CRM systems to ensure transparency and accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in dental products or services sales, preferably B2B or service-based models
Proven success developing new business and building long-term client relationships
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), and a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel regionally or nationally (up to 40%) to meet with partners and attend events as needed
Compensation:
Base salary ranges from $85,000 - $130,000 (depends on experience)
Bonus: Solely based off of performance (% of total production monthly)
