We’re involved in the whole testing process from preparing test and diagnostic programs to recommending changes in testing equipment procedures and designing new testing equipment.Join us as a Test Engineer on our Manufacturing Engineering team in Franklin, MA to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you’ll achieveAs a Test Engineer, you will develop and document test plans for newly developed or current hardware and solutions products. You will partner with a test team during test execution and report results to development engineers and leadership. Finally, you will work with external validation partners to develop comprehensive test plans and test coverage across multiple test organizations.You will:- Provide test engineering support for manufacturing test processes, including weekends as needed- Assist in collecting test requirements and creating basic test plans and test cases- Follow risk management plans and execute test automation scripts- Document text execution progress and issues- Mentor and share best practices with test techniciansTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
