NTA, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer to support U.S. Army hardware/software developments, integration, and weapon systems testing and evaluation. Duties will include supporting existing and evolving tactical weapon systems; supporting system-level test and evaluation events; preparing and presenting briefings, plans and reports; supporting test instrumentation and data collection activities; and supporting the development and modification of software analysis tools.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
  • Three or more years of related experience

Required:
  • Experience analyzing, testing and evaluating hardware and software functions of weapon systems
  • High level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with good analytical skills, a team player, and capable of handling multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to travel (~25% or less)
                                                
Desired:
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with source code version control tools and issue tracking systems
  • Experience with Linux-based operating systems
  • Experience with system-level test and evaluation events

A high level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required, along with organizational, managerial, written, and verbal communication skills. Applicant should be detail oriented with good analytical skills, a team player, and able to handle multiple deadlines and priorities. 
Applicant must have a current security clearance or be able to obtain a security clearance through a government security investigation. U.S. Citizenship is required.
