This role supports the Motor Technology team in Athens, Greece, by executing reliable measurements on soft and hard magnetic materials, maintaining high laboratory standards, and delivering clear, traceable quality reports for production and R&D decision-making.

  • Perform characterization testing of soft and hard magnetic materials using standardized lab methods.
  • Execute incoming, in-process, and final quality control measurements for magnetic material batches.

  • Strong understanding of electromagnetics and magnetic properties of soft and hard materials.
  • Experience with lab instruments such as power analyzers, oscilloscopes, gaussmeters, and related measurement equipment.
  • Ability to produce accurate, structured, and audit-ready quality control reports.
  • Knowledge of metrology fundamentals: calibration, traceability, uncertainty, and measurement system consistency.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation discipline.
