Job Description
- Design and develop automated test equipment (ATE) hardware and software solutions.
- Create and maintain test software using object-oriented programming languages such as C/C++ and Visual Basic.
- Develop testing methodologies for complex electronic and power-related products.
- Utilize statistical analysis tools and Six Sigma methodologies to improve manufacturing quality and process performance.
- Integrate commercial test instrumentation and communication interfaces into automated test systems.
- Partner with engineering teams to develop test procedures, verification methods, and supporting documentation.
- Support and optimize existing manufacturing test platforms to improve throughput and reliability.
- Document hardware, software, and test system development activities throughout the project lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in test engineering, electrical engineering, or analog electronics development.
- Experience designing and supporting automated test systems.
- Strong programming background in C/C++ and/or Visual Basic.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and Windows-based environments.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools, process improvement methodologies, and data-driven problem solving.
- Knowledge of databases such as SQL, Oracle, or ODBC is a plus.
- Experience with power electronics, analog and digital circuitry, or power supply testing is highly preferred.
- Exposure to microcontroller programming and electronic design tools is advantageous.
