Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing the production capacity expansion project for the LP35 product line, including assembling, performing characterization testing, troubleshooting, and formally validating additional test stations for production, surrogate, and troubleshooting testing.
- Performing engineering work in operations, production, or maintenance environments.
- Planning and designing projects, estimating time and costs, and communicating project status and risks to key stakeholders.
- Applying engineering standards and aligning work with quality procedures.
- Collaborating with engineers and test technicians to support the project.
- Work with engineers and test technicians to help deliver project objectives.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-directed approach and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to apply engineering procedures and concepts, use professional judgment, and make decisions based on experience.
- Troubleshooting experience.
- Validation experience.
- Experience working with test equipment, automated test stations, or medical devices.
