In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure- Collaborate with the team to build robust, scalable testing frameworks that ensure product reliability and performance.
- Participate in technical reviews- Contribute to reviews of product requirements, test plans, and implementation strategies to ensure alignment with engineering standards and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams- Work alongside software, hardware, and manufacturing teams to solve complex engineering challenges and drive product improvements.
- Analyze change requests- Evaluate proposed changes by assessing their impact on testing procedures, timelines, and overall product quality, ensuring smooth integration into development cycles.
- Support global manufacturing test systems- Assist in troubleshooting, maintaining, and deploying test stations across global sites, while developing user-friendly hardware interfaces and comprehensive support documentation such as service manuals and troubleshooting guides.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Pursuing a bachelor's in engineering
- Zero (0) years of related experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
