TEST STAND OPERATOR - ENGINE HOT TEST

Middletown, OH automotive testing facility, the Test Stand Operator is responsible for installing
and removing engines from No-Load test stands and running automated engine tests. Reporting to the Shift
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Install & removes engines from No-Load test stands.
Run automated engine tests on No-load test stands as per Work Instructions.
Document observations such as engine oil or coolant leaks, etc. as per Work Instructions.
Perform minor repairs on test stands to maintain production (ex. replace rubber seals on connectors).
Maintain a clean & organized work area at all times: spills are cleaned off floor & equipment, tools are
returned to designated areas, disposable items placed into designated bins.
Report all maintenance issues to Shift Supervisor & document in test stand logbook .
Assist at other Process Stations as directed by Shift Supervisor.
Use PPE at all times and follow safety procedures.
