Test Technician

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Testing team supporting Engineering and Quality. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and clear communication and documentation which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Range: $26.1

Shift: 1st shift: MON-FRI 6:45am-3:15pm; 2nd shift: MON-FRI 2:45pm-11:15pm; 3rd shift: SUN-THUR 10:45pm-7:15am (must have recent and relevant experience working 3rd shift to be considered)

What's the Job?

• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on systems, components, and devices to identify technical issues during the testing phase
• Collaborate with engineers to analyze test data and determine root causes of failures
• Document and communicate test results, findings, and corrective actions clearly and accurately
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to support accuracy, reliability, and repeatable outcomes
• Assist in the development of test procedures and protocols to improve consistency and product performance

What's Needed?

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in a test technician or similar hands-on technical role
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to isolate issues efficiently
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What's the Job?

• Realizar pruebas de diagnóstico y troubleshooting en sistemas, componentes y dispositivos para identificar problemas técnicos durante la fase de pruebas
• Colaborar con ingenieros para analizar datos de prueba y determinar la causa raíz de fallas
• Documentar y comunicar resultados, hallazgos y acciones correctivas de forma clara y precisa
• Mantener y calibrar el equipo de pruebas para asegurar exactitud, confiabilidad y resultados consistentes
• Apoyar el desarrollo de procedimientos y protocolos de prueba para mejorar la consistencia y el desempeño del producto

What's Needed?

• Título asociado o certificación técnica en electrónica, tecnología de ingeniería o un campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente)
• 2+ años de experiencia como técnico/a de pruebas o en un rol técnico similar, con trabajo práctico
• Habilidades sólidas de resolución de problemas y análisis para aislar fallas con eficiencia
• Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos técnicos, diagramas/esquemas y especificaciones
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y documentación en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo
