Description
Responsibilities:
- Set up test equipment and perform testing on production assemblies.
- Conduct tests following established procedures and specifications.
- Assemble production equipment according to engineering designs.
- Adjust, calibrate, and modify equipment as required.
- Troubleshoot equipment and replace or adjust components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment.
- Perform quality checks and verify products using standard procedures.
- Record test data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support production, testing, and process improvement activities.
- Read and follow schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and testing equipment.
- Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and testing instruments.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
- Engineering education is preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
- Medical device manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on testing and assembly of production equipment.
- Requires standing, using testing equipment, and working with mechanical and electronic components.
- Training provided on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to 3rd shift.
