Description

Responsibilities:

  • Set up test equipment and perform testing on production assemblies. 
  • Conduct tests following established procedures and specifications. 
  • Assemble production equipment according to engineering designs. 
  • Adjust, calibrate, and modify equipment as required. 
  • Troubleshoot equipment and replace or adjust components. 
  • Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment. 
  • Perform quality checks and verify products using standard procedures. 
  • Record test data and maintain accurate documentation. 
  • Support production, testing, and process improvement activities. 
  • Read and follow schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and testing equipment. 
  • Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and testing instruments. 
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions. 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
  • Basic computer and documentation skills. 
  • No prior experience required; training provided. 
  • Engineering education is preferred but not required. 
     

Work Environment:

  • Medical device manufacturing environment. 
  • Hands-on testing and assembly of production equipment. 
  • Requires standing, using testing equipment, and working with mechanical and electronic components. 
  • Training provided on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to 3rd shift.
