Entry-level technician responsible for test equipment setup, production testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and test documentation while supporting manufacturing and quality activities.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Set up test equipment and perform tests on production assemblies.
Follow testing methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
Assemble and adjust equipment according to specifications.
Calibrate systems and test instruments as required.
Troubleshoot routine electronic and mechanical issues.
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and test instruments.
Read schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions.
Document test results and maintain technical data.
Perform basic calculations using established formulas.
Monitor product quality and follow control procedures.
Support production, maintenance, safety, testing, and process improvement activities.
