Testing Psychologist / Postdoc

Susan Myket, Ph.D. & Associates has been a trusted Naperville family psychology practice for 20 years, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. Were a warm, collaborative team of clinicians with specialized clinics for anxiety, autism, early childhood, and assessment.

Were hiring a full-time Testing Psychologist or Postdoc to lead psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. Youll help clients and families understand their strengths and needs, and give parents, schools, and providers a clear roadmap for next steps. The role is hybrid, with in-person testing at our Naperville office and flexibility to write from home. If youd like to balance assessment with ongoing client work, theres also the option to provide therapy to a small caseload.

Salary Range: $120000.00 - $140000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults
• Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, diagnostic, and social-emotional measures
• Write clear, thorough reports with practical recommendations
• Lead feedback sessions that turn results into actionable strategies
• Collaborate with our clinicians on a multidisciplinary approach to each case
• Consult with schools and other providers as needed
• May choose to treat a small caseload of therapy clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois; we will also consider Postdocs
• Experience administering and interpreting cognitive, academic, diagnostic, and social-emotional assessments.
• Personality assessment experience is a plus
• Strong report-writing skills
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for neurodevelopmental and other diagnostic disorders.
• If desired, experience providing empirically-supported therapy to children, adolescents, or families.
