General Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Basic Qualifications- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Textile experience is required for most positions
- Ability to work assigned shift schedules, including rotating shifts where applicable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks as needed
Positions Available- Slashing Operator- Rotating 12 hr shifts $18.33/hr
- Warping Yarn Changer- 1st shift 8am-4pm $14.42/hr
- Warping Yarn Changer- 2nd shift 4pm-12am $15.53/hr
- Warping Operators- 3rd shift 12am-8am $16.83/hr
- Warping Operator- 2nd shift 4pm-12am $16.83/hr
- Knitter- Rotating 12 hr shifts $16.83/hr
- Packer- Rotating 12 hr shifts $16.83/hr
- Texturing Support Operators- Rotating 12 hr shifts $15.53/hr
- Warehouse Forklift Operator- 3rd shift 12am-8am $16.83/hr ** Must have Forklift Exp**
