We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Runner to support our food production operations by ensuring production lines remain fully stocked with the materials and supplies needed to meet customer demand. This role is critical to maintaining efficient workflows, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse organization in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and transport raw materials and production supplies.
• Maintain a continuous flow of materials to production lines to minimize downtime and support operational efficiency.
• Accurately follow inventory management, labeling, and product tracking procedures.
• Keep warehouse, storage, and work-in-process (WIP) areas clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Adhere to all company safety, quality assurance, and food safety standards.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and accountability throughout each shift.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to support production schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math and inventory counting skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules as business needs require.

Work Environment

This position is located in a refrigerated food production facility maintained at approximately 36°F. The role requires working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with frequent lifting, walking, bending, and material movement throughout the day. Employees should be comfortable working in a noisy production setting while following strict food safety and operational standards.
