- Prepares and pours alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Provides timely, professional beverage service to guests and beverage servers, maintaining efficiency during high-volume periods.
- Monitors guest alcohol consumption and intervene appropriately in accordance with responsible beverage service guidelines and regulations.
- Operates POS systems accurately, processes cash, credit, and comp transactions, and maintains strict adherence to financial controls.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station, including setup, operation, and breakdown in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Ensures all garnishes, glassware, ingredients, and equipment meet brand, culinary, and sanitation standards.
- Promotes casino events, programs, and amenities while providing personalized service and resolving service issues professionally.
- Adheres to all casino, state, and local alcohol service laws, gaming regulations, ID verification procedures, and responsible service protocols.
- Operates, cleans, and maintains bar equipment and utensils safely and properly.
- Removes debris, cleans bar surfaces, sinks, and floors, and disposes of waste according to department procedures.
- Supports special events, portable bar operations, and additional beverage service needs as assigned.
- Serves as a positive brand ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and representing the property appropriately at all times.
