THE REALREAL: Internal Communications Principal Contractor

We are seeking a heavy-hitting Contract Principal who can seamlessly bridge strategic communication design with hands-on multimedia execution. Partnering closely with internal communications leadership, you will define key messaging, optimize our communication channels, drive our AI transformation narrative, and produce our high-stakes marquee events.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & AI Transformation: Architect the internal communications roadmap and craft the change-management narrative for major initiatives, specifically AI adoption.
• Channel Optimization: Audit and optimize all internal channels (Intranet, Slack, email) to establish an effective, modern omnichannel strategy.
• Event Production: Own the end-to-end strategy, scripting, visual design, and technical production of company-wide All Hands meetings and leadership summits, including agendas, speaker prep and corresponding assets
• Content Execution: Partner with leadership to draft critical announcements and personally produce high-end multimedia content, presentation decks, and visual assets.
• Comms Optimization: Evaluate the current comms touchpoints by channel, function and level to identify most effective ways to optimize community, connection and content
