Job Description

NATURE OF WORK &RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assistance with patient therapy treatment on allunits.  Follow through on recommendation of treatment team. Completing infection control maintenance tasks.  Changing of linens andpick up/drop off dirty linen.  Cleaning of wheelchairs and cushions andother therapy equipment as needed.  Physically assisting group programs,individual treatment sessions and functional activities in order to maintainpatient and staff safety.  Physical assistance and lifting isrequired.  Ordering supplies as needed.  Xeroxing educationalmaterials, home programs.  Assist in cleaning and maintenance of cushioncloset.  Updating and verifying patient schedules and other duties asassigned.

Requirements

One year of satisfactory full-time experience in the provision of simple treatment and other patient care services under professional supervision.
