Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Care team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role provides the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care that helps individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence-all in the comfort of their own homes.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans to improve function, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Provide physical therapy services in client homes while ensuring the highest quality of care.
  • Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Accurately document care and communicate progress to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Educate patients and families on exercise, safety, and home programs to support lasting results.
