Therapy Services Manager Ready to take the next step in your healthcare leadership career? Location: Fargo, ND (relocation considered) Schedule: Full Time Compensation: $80, 000 $115, 000 annually, DOE Type of Position: Direct Hire, Full Time Position Overview:
Oversee daily operations of therapy services across multiple locations.
Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff to ensure effective, high-quality patient care.
Develop and monitor clinical outcomes, operational performance, and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with organizational leadership on budgeting, resource allocation, and program development.
Identify opportunities to grow services and strengthen relationships with community partners.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
Support effective billing, reimbursement, and insurance coordination processes.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Master's degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, or a related healthcare field.
Minimum of five years of clinical therapy experience.
Five years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team development skills.
Ability to balance clinical excellence with sound operational and financial decision-making.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus.
Familiarity with insurance reimbursement, budgeting, and performance improvement preferred.
Candidates outside the Fargo-Moorhead area should have ties to the region and/or experience living in a cold-weather climate.
