Therapy Support Specialist

The Therapy Support Specialist keeps patients engaged and confident in the therapy their clinician prescribed after their Altivera device ships. The role proactively reaches out to patients to assess therapy progress and satisfaction, addresses therapy-related questions using approved clinical and product knowledge, and coordinates appropriate handoffs to Product Support Specialists, Quality Assurance, or the prescribing clinician when a need falls outside the role"s scope. SALARY: $25.00 to $29.00/hour
