ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Third Party Risk Management Consultant to support a clients Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. This is an excellent opportunity for a GRC or vendor risk professional looking to build hands-on experience managing end-to-end vendor assessment lifecycles in a fully remote, operationally driven engagement.

Support onboarding of new third-party vendors into the clients TPRM process

Review vendor intake requests for completeness and accuracy

Coordinate the distribution, collection, and tracking of vendor security questionnaires

Monitor assessment progress and follow up with vendors regarding outstanding documentation

Maintain accurate assessment records within the clients ServiceNow platform

Collect, organize, and maintain vendor security documentation repositories

Coordinate remediation activities and follow-up actions with vendors

Validate security controls and supporting documentation

Support vendor risk tracking and reporting

Assist with day-to-day TPRM operations as directed by the clients TPRM Manager

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of experience in third-party risk management, vendor risk, GRC, or a related cybersecurity discipline

Familiarity with vendor security assessment processes and questionnaire frameworks (SIG, CAIQ, or similar)

Experience working within ServiceNow or a comparable GRC/ITSM platform

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendor assessments simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor coordination and stakeholder updates

Ability to work independently in a remote, operationally directed environment

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

Security certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CRISC, or CISM

Experience in IT audit, compliance, or information security risk roles

Exposure to SOC 2 reports, vendor security documentation review, or control validation

Background in a consulting or staff augmentation environment
