Roles & Responsibilities
Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x), EMS, and API/Web Services development.
Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions between multiple applications and platforms.
Experience in SOAP/REST services, XML, XSLT, JMS, and messaging frameworks.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Good understanding of SDLC, deployment processes, and integration best practices.
Preferred Skills: TIBCO EMS, Oracle/SQL, API integration, production support, and banking/domain experience.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Strong communication skills and experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
