The club is shaping a new vision for professional sports in one of the world’s most dynamic markets, built on elite competition, community, and the advancement of women’s volleyball.

This is an entry-level role for someone who loves sports, likes talking with people and wants to build a career in the business of sports.
You will join the club ahead of its inaugural season, when the energy and the stakes are at their highest. Every ticket you sell helps fill the stands for the first professional volleyball matches Miami has ever seen.
We offer hands-on training, daily coaching and a culture of ongoing learning. You do not need previous sales experience, just drive, curiosity and a strong work ethic.
