Shift: 1st | Monday– Friday, 7: 00 AM– 3: 30 PM
Pay: $21/hour to start | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available

Inova Staffing is hiring TIG Welders for a growing manufacturing team in Edwardsville. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a positive, supportive environment where teamwork and growth are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, manufacturing, and material handling tasks
• Operate basic hand tools and welding equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and team-ready workspace
• Follow instructions, meet production goals, and support team success

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to great attendance
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
