Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Tile Finishers/Tile Layers/Tile Setters to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with professional tile installation, is detail-oriented, and can work independently or as part of a team. This role involves handling all aspects of tile work, from preparation and layout to finishing and grouting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install tile on floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers from start to finish
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, cutting, and leveling
- Apply grout, sealants, and finishing touches to ensure a polished final product
- Perform waterproofing procedures as required for wet areas
- Ensure precise tile spacing, leveling, and alignment for professional results
- Maintain clean and organized job sites before, during, and after installation
- Communicate clearly with project managers and clients regarding progress and timelines
- Adhere to safety standards and follow all company protocols on-site
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional tile installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Understanding of safety practices and ability to follow company procedures.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude on the job site.
