Job Description
- Lead all field operations for ground-up tilt-wall construction projects.
- Coordinate site development, concrete operations, structural work, and building turnover.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.
- Identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost impacts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Drive project completion while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Extensive experience delivering ground-up tilt-wall projects.
- Strong understanding of sitework, foundations, concrete, structural systems, and building envelope installation.
- Proven ability to manage large subcontractor teams and complex schedules.
- Experience with warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial facilities preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Available for occasional Southeast travel
