With a growing portfolio of industrial and commercial projects, they continue to invest in experienced construction professionals who can help drive future success.Job DescriptionLead all field operations for ground-up tilt-wall construction projects.Coordinate site development, concrete operations, structural work, and building turnover.Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction.Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.Identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost impacts.Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.Drive project completion while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
