Job Description

Job Title:                  Time Keeping Specialist
Location:                  Lakeland, FL 33813
Duration:                  12 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Range:                $22-$25/Hr on W2

Job Description:
  • This position will provide time and attendance support to employees within assigned Business Units, as well as general payroll support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • -Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts, help desk, phone calls and employee inquiries to the Employee Service Center. 
  • -Support will entail administration within various time recording systems 
  • -Performing time adjustments in LM People
  • -Maintaining holiday schedules
  • -Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions
  • -System training and testing when system changes occur
  • -Weekly reporting and audit support 
  • -Complete required tasks independently

Qualifications: 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Time and Attendance principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Wage and Hour Compliance requirements
  • Proven effective Customer Service skills
  • Proven effective Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated effective Analytical skills
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
