What Our Tire Technicians Do

• Install, repair, rotate, and balance tires on a variety of passenger vehicles and light trucks.
• Perform tire inspections and identify wear patterns, damage, or safety concerns.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, battery testing, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Assist with wheel alignments and other shop services as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Properly use tire service equipment, lifts, and shop tools while following all safety procedures.
• Complete service documentation accurately and work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient shop operations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate vehicle needs when appropriate.

What We Need

• Previous tire service, automotive maintenance, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn tire installation, balancing, rotations, and automotive maintenance procedures.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift tires, wheels, and automotive equipment regularly.

Work Environment

We operate in an automotive service environment where technicians are regularly standing, bending, lifting tires/equipment, working with automotive chemicals, and adapting to varying shop temperatures.
