Tutors work with small groups of students using a designated tutoring plan and student data to address learning needs.Qualifications:Must hold a valid, active Missouri DESE teaching certificate in the area in which the individual will provide tutoringCurrent district teachers and qualified Kelly substitute teachers may applyAbility to work the designated tutoring schedule and maintain required documentationResponsibilities:Provide engaging, targeted instruction in the tutor's certified content areaWork with students in small-group settings to address identified academic needsMonitor student attendance and progressMaintain required student sign-in sheets and monthly timesheetsCommunicate with building staff regarding student participation and needsFollow all district Title I tutoring procedures and requirementsCompensation:$30 per hour
