Title Officer

Currently, we have a TITLE OFFICER opportunity with the nation's leading provider of title insurance and transaction services, known for financial strength, stability, and a culture of innovation. The TITLE OFFICER is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Provide top-level customer service.
• Prepare closing packages and all closing documents.
• Schedule closings, as well as make and receive scheduling calls from lenders, attorneys, and agent customers within a very strict window of time.
• Review title commitments.
• Assist in the coordination and assignment of Closers with the closing date, time, and location of closing.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer skills, as all work is performed on a computer.
• Dedicated focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach to working with a team.

Pay Rate Range: $25.94 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
