Driver Compensation and Benefits

• Lucrative Daily Earnings: Earn between $250.00 and $500.00 per day based on working hours and productivity.
• Flexible Working Hours: 24/7 work availability allowing you to set your own schedule based on personal preferences.
• Weekly Disbursements: Reliable weekly payments with detailed earnings tracking via our Driver App.
• Zero Base Fees: Enjoy a driver-friendly model with zero base fees, including no black car fund charges.
• Toll Coverage: All eligible route tolls are fully covered by TRIPP across Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens.

Driver Responsibilities

• Safe Transit: Operate vehicles safely throughout the 5 boroughs adhering strictly to traffic regulations.
• Passenger Assistance: Provide attentive assistance to passengers during boarding and exiting.
• Punctual Service: Maintain absolute punctuality for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Fare Handling: Accurately collect and record passenger fares according to company standards.
• Dispatch Communication: Maintain continuous communication with dispatch coordinators.

Driver Requirements

• Licensing: Valid Class E Driver’s License and active TLC Driver's License with a TLC-registered vehicle.
• Age & Screening: Minimum age of 18 years; must pass a mandatory drug screening.
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
