The Learning Experience is looking for a caring, patient, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and FUN classroom environment
  
  
• Implement our L.E.A.P.® curriculum through age-appropriate play and hands-on learning
  
  
• Support developmental milestones, independence, and social-emotional growth
  
  
• Build strong relationships with children and families
  
  
• Keep parents connected to their child’s day and accomplishments
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets licensing standards
  
  
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and Center Leadership
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for working with toddlers
  
  
• Patient, energetic, dependable, and team-oriented
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required
  
  
• 6+ months of professional childcare experience required
  
  
• One year or more of experience preferred
  
  
• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred
  
  
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements
