We are currently seeking Tool Maker Trainee, with the below qualifications
2nd shift: Monday- Friday, 3:00pm- 11:00pm
Professional Attributes
- Efficiently operate manual machines such as mills and grinders and heat treat ovens.
- Efficiently operate the wet grinder and grind parts per direction and to print.
- Assist the lead mold makers with assembling molds complete with a goal of making good parts at first sample.
- Meet scheduled hours and dates of all tasks, with the goal of completing ahead of schedule.
- Maintain an attitude of Continuous Improvement. Make suggestions for improvements.
- Maintain a department that is neat, organized, and clean at all times.
- Carry out tasks for tool building under the direction of the department lead person.
- Learn mold Fit, Assemble, Complete, and Inspect of injection molds.
- Responsible for Department Housekeeping, Cleanliness, and Organization as required
Desired Skills and Experience
- Good mechanical aptitude, Organizational and communication Abilities a must, Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment to accomplish all tasks of the department. Ability to learn new tasks efficiently.

- Must be able to lift and move up to 100lbs infrequently
