We are seeking a highly skilled Tooling Engineer with expertise in enterprise delivery platforms to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering and platform engineering, particularly in CI/CD environments, with a focus on owning and defining architectural standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or platform engineering, including senior architecture leadership on distributed, high-availability systems.
Experience in payments, fintech, merchant services, or a comparably regulated transaction-processing domain.
Ownership of an enterprise CI/CD platform with pipeline-as-code, templating and reuse at scale, RBAC design, secrets management, and multi-team governance.
Experience integrating security scanning into delivery pipelines and setting policy gates that engineering teams accept rather than route around.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on Harness across multiple modules, particularly STO, SEI, or CCM.
Policy-as-code experience (OPA/Rego or comparable).
Cloud cost management or FinOps practice ownership; showback or chargeback implementation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Own the enterprise delivery platform and define architectural standards.
Establish CI/CD practices and orchestrate security testing within delivery pipelines.
Responsible for cloud cost management and ensuring the adoption of modern platform capabilities.
