Job Summary: Looking for an experienced Tooling Technician with strong hands-on experience in molding/tooling design, injection molding, molds, jigs, fixtures, DFM, and tooling troubleshooting. The candidate will support tooling design, validation, maintenance, qualification, and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer tooling for molds, jigs, and fixtures based on product requirements.
• Perform DFM evaluations and participate in design reviews.
• Support molding design validation, sampling, qualification, and final part approval.
• Troubleshoot tooling and mold-related issues and implement cost-effective modifications.
• Perform tooling maintenance and support tool room equipment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams on tooling improvements.
• Prepare status reports and maintain tooling-related documentation.
