Pay Rate: $33/hr on W2 with No Benefits
Duration: 12 Months

We are looking for an Engineering Technician with hands-on experience in manufacturing or process engineering to support production operations, equipment setup, process testing, and yield improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Set up processing equipment and support process characterization and Design of Experiments (DOE).

• Monitor production processes, audit operations, and guide line operators.

• Conduct test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs to analyze results.

• Identify yield issues and support testing of new products.

• Provide technical support to process development and engineering teams.

• B.E. degree.

• Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or high-volume production environments.

• Hands-on experience with equipment setup, process testing, and production support.
