Job Duties & Responsibilities

-Manufacture tooling, dies, fixtures, and jigs using CNC and manual machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
-Perform milling, turning, and grinding operations to tight tolerances while maintaining high-quality standards.
-Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production tooling to support manufacturing operations.
-Build and assemble new cutting/forming tools and components for multi-slide and Four Slide production systems.




Required Skills & Experience

-3-8 years of recent experience as a Toolmaker in a manufacturing environment.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
-Strong knowledge of tool design, machining practices, shop mathematics, and assembly procedures.
-Experience with tooling used in metal stamping and forming operations; High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills & Experience

-Completion of a toolmaking apprenticeship program, trade school, or equivalent technical training.
-Experience building tooling and assemblies for Bihler multi-slide and Four Slide production systems.

Compensation & Benefits

-Salary: $60,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience.

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
