Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch training to boost expertise
• Use PLACE lead generation systems to build a strong pipeline
• Guide buyers, secure agreements, and find ideal properties
• Negotiate offers for the best results for buyers and sellers
• Track client tasks using PLACE Technology
• Host at least two open houses monthly
• Turn leads into qualified client meetings
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, obtain listings, and implement marketing plans
• Use pricing, staging, and listing skills to enhance sales

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
