Sampson Regional Medical Center is currently seeking Registered Nursing students in their final semester of their senior year to become part of the Transition to Professional Practice (TOP RN) program! Program OverviewThe TOP RN program is specifically designed for nurses entering Sampson Regional in the continuum between their final senior semester and their first year of nursing. The program offers progressive nurse to patient ratios, with gradual progression to a full assignment after the first six months after licensure.
