In this critical, highly visible role, you will manage projects involving the design, integration and launch of cutting-edge touch & sensor technologies for the world-renowned Apple product portfolio. You will play a key part in providing Apple customers with the best user-experience in the industry by driving the development and deployment of next-generation touch and sensing technologies.

Come, join us in crafting differentiated experiences the world doesn't know of yet!Lead and drive alignment and communications between multi-functional teams including Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Test, Reliability, Software and Firmware Engineering to deliver state-of-the-art sensing solutions Own program plans, schedules, budget and execution from feature definition through product release - scoping task difficulty, prioritizing risk on high-risk/new-technology projects, and adapting plans as challenges emerge Manage program execution directly with internal and external partners Deliver executive communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication Drive engineering design by leading failure analysis activities, performance validation requirements and testing, and design release cadence for electrical and mechanical components Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently Improve the system: look for patterns, offer best practices and implement changeBS in STEM field (e.g. EE, ME, Physics, etc.) and +3 years relevant experience Technical background (e.g., hardware development) with preferences for knowledge of sensor technologies Curiosity about and familiarity with AI tools-with interest to apply them to improve engineering and program workflows Ability and willingness to travel internationally (typically once per year; accommodations available as needed)Experience leading multi-functional teams including Electrical, Algorithms, Process and Test Engineering to deliver pioneering sensing solutions Advanced engineering degree Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills Confident in delivering technical data with ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience Proven ability to fit in well with a team, understand others capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment, and inspire team members Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
