Position SummaryRoda is seeking an experienced Tow Truck Driver to safely transport client and company vehiclesusing a flatbed tow truck. The ideal candidate has hands-on towing experience, preferably holds avalid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), and understands that every client interaction shouldreflect Roda's client-first philosophy.Key Responsibilities Safely operate a flatbed tow truck and load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles. Complete local vehicle pickups, deliveries, roadside support, and shop-to-shop transfers. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and immediately report safety or maintenanceconcerns. Protect all vehicles from damage and follow applicable traffic, towing, and safety regulations. Communicate professionally with clients, dispatch, technicians, and shop leadership. Provide a calm, respectful, and helpful experience, especially when clients are dealing withvehicle issues. Maintain accurate trip, mileage, inspection, and vehicle condition records. Keep the tow truck clean, organized, and ready for daily operation.Qualifications Previous professional tow truck or flatbed towing experience required. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record; CDL strongly preferred. Knowledge of proper vehicle loading, tie-down, recovery, and transport procedures. Ability to work independently, respond reliably, and handle changing priorities. Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to exceptional client service.
